• An engineering Degree
• 5-10 years’ experience working in an Oil and Gas environment and ability to follow a plan and contribute to planning improvements by tracking multiple sites and competing priorities
• A thorough understanding of resource allocation and mobilization of teams to completion of tasks as per the schedule
• Experienced in measuring productivity and progress and suggesting improvement strategies is a nice to have
• Basic understanding of the systems completion and turnover process is required and will be fundamental for the candidate success in the position
• Awareness of permit to work system in a live production facility
• Turnaround experience in Tengiz preferred as well as ability to interface with personnel from both leadership, construction, and operations teams
• Fast learner and capability adapt to changing priorities and realities based on input from different groups (Construction/MAC) and disciplines (Electrical, Instruments, Mechanical and pipping, Telecoms, HVAC)
• Able to work with the various disciplines teams to propose win-win solutions for the overall group
• Ability to work in a multicultural and multidisciplinary making diversity and Inclusion a core differentiation factor to the work environment
• Awareness of Agile Planning and execution will be a plus
