A University, or Technical institute, higher level of education in an engineering, or related industrial discipline is desirable.
Experience:
• Must have a minimum of 10-12 years industrial experience in construction or construction management, quality control, commissioning engineer, Construction Rep, or a similar technical function.
• Experience in an International overseas location is desirable.
• A High regard to SAFETY is a requirement, as is a willingness to participate and promote SAFE OPERATIONS at all times. May be asked to Mentor/Advise peers on technical issues.
• Must possess the ability to work on several projects at once and to effectively interface with other disciplines.
• Possesses a working knowledge of industry codes governing work in the i/e discipline.
• Be familiar with industry codes governing work in other disciplines. Mech,electrical etc
• Experience with sour gas or crude oil processing facilities is desirable.
• Possess demonstrable leadership abilities.
• Past supervisory experience desirable.
• Must have and demonstrate an understanding of project scheduling, cost tracking and contractor evaluations.
