Experienced in working on large resource/industry projects that were subject to International Financing or stringent environmental, labour and or social/community related conditions.
Experienced in working constructively with multi-disciple teams to achieve project objectives (i.e. HES, cost, schedule and reputation)
Experienced in working collaboratively with personnel from diverse backgrounds and maintains a high level of professionalism at all times.
Demonstrated skill in data and situation analysis, problem solving and development of solutions/issue resolution.
Has strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
Is self motivated, demonstrates initiative, disciple and honours commitments made.
Capable of work independently and as a team member, and is experienced at leading and supervising others.
Strong verbal and written communications skills including capable of communicating with management, contract and field personnel, and develop and deliver training material.
Familiarity with RoK legislation and regulatory requirements is desirable.
