A minimum of 2 years analytical and/or data management experience
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint 
•    Expert level knowledge of Excel (pivot tables; formatting views; aggregating data into a single view; structuring data for simple trend analysis, etc.)
•    Expert level knowledge of PowerPoint (construct clear and visually effective presentation slides that capture data collected in meaningful and insightful views)
•    Excellent writing skills - able to take notes in a way that accurately captures the key points as well as enough detail to provide needed context to explain 
•    Flexible personality - able to adjust as changes occur without losing focus.
•    Microsoft Visio experience is desired (but not required)
•    Bi-lingual (English and Kazakh/Russian)
•    Demonstrated history of teamwork, ethical decision making and excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with peers and management at various levels
•    Ability to perform multiple projects and support multiple people simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a timely manner
•    Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
•    Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual and stressful circumstances
•    Action oriented with a passion for getting things done quickly and effectively
