EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree in legal, finance, human resources sphere;
Job functions:
Human Resources Management
· Preparation and implementation of the human resources policies;
· Participate and represent FKP in human resources meetings;
· Provide monthly overview of payroll modifications for management;
· To control the compliance of human resources issues with Legislation of RoK.
Employment
· Focal point for queries and problems related to human resources issues;
· Preparation of employment contracts;
· Flag the validity of employment contracts to relevant managers;
· Maintain and update personnel and training files;
· Arrange permits required for FKP employment;
· To record working time, to collect employees timesheets at the end of each month;
· Control timely employment process, staff promotion and EA terminations;
· Issue a reference letter stating out previous and current work experience of the employee;
· To follow rules of keeping and recording information in the labour books;
· To control adherence to the Internal Labour Rules, to take part in the improving Internal Labour rules.
· To prepare Orders for signing of Managing Director;
· To compile an annual leave spreadsheet for personnel each year;
· Preparation and submission of the monthly/quarter statics report to local authorities.
Recruitment and Appraisals
· Arrange a recruitment procedure;
· Arrange application interviews, contacts with agencies and applications;
· Attend application interviews and exit interviews;
· To develop and maintain Personal Performance Development program in FKP;
· Notify managers to carry out performance Appraisals and staff development interviews;
· Arrange trainigns for the staff to train, to upgrade their professional level;
· Evaluate performance of assigned staff.
