Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all the purchase orders are done on time and manage them.
• Implement communication with the appropriate tools on a daily basis with the team and the suppliers sharing procurement plan & challenging suppliers commitments.
• Ensure that cycle counting well managed and done to ensure stock accuracy.
• Ensure that accurate procurement plan in place & on time deliveries, implement/facilitate supplier performance monitoring.
• Ensure corrective actions plan in case of supplier’s major issues.
• Perform work with a constant awareness of improving processes, reducing cost as necessary for positive growth.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently & to work independently.
• Make sure the appropriate monitoring of suppliers is set up: routines to communicate the needs and last commitments, on-time in full delivery performance, visits and calls to follow the activity or manage crisis, NCR delivery until complete solving..

Requirements:

• Recognised supply chain senior qualification.
• Fluent English speaker.
• Have experience as material planner.
• Able to analyse all situations.
• Advanced knowledge of Supply chain processes especially in warehouse & material flows.
• Expertise in ERP: SAP (GSI) and ability to integrate new tools.
• Experience with MS Office tools.
• Excellent communication.
• Strong negotiation skills & leadership.
• Active team player, deadline driven, process driven.
