• Actively and visibly support the Project IIF philosophy
• Review and comment on all design documentation produced by the EP Contractor including translation
• Consolidate all comments for non-discipline specific deliverables for return to EP Contractor
• Manage DRD, and ETQ processes under the direction of the AIR Manager (PMOC)/ Engineering Manager
• Support Engineering Manager for all RA matters
• Participate in Project VIPs, application of lessons learned and best practices Participates in IPA assessments and design assurance as required
• Assist with tracking and monitor contractor Engineering Progress
• Assist with tracking and monitor Project Teams KPI including engineering contractors MDR status
• Asist with administering the Project Input and Approval Process
• Assist with administering the Technical Query Process including collection of data, updating status, tracking and closing out ETQs
• Ensure all information related to responsible discipline’s design and construction activities are accurately reflected the contractors’ deliverable and schedule
• Ensure all relevant owners of the engineering activities understand the criticality of their activities on the successful implementation of the project
• Update, track, monitor, and report progress of Engineering deliverables activities, highlighting impacts, concerns, milestones etc.
• Participation in VIPs, FEL assessments, IPA Benchmarking, and project assurance activities as required
• Provide technical and engineering support for POP deliverables
• Actively solicit mentoring from experience Project and Discipline Engineers as well as other members for the Project Team
• Assist with the development of Project deliverables as required including participation in VIPs, FEL assessments, IPA Benchmarking, and project assurance activities
• Implement the Input and Approval Process
• Development of project deliverables such as PEP and PPM
