ME & I Supervisor assumes responsibility of overseeing the following functions from installation to handover of : Structural, Field / Shop Piping, Mechanical equipment, Module Hook up, Carry over work and other duties as assigned by the Area Project Engineer, Construction Superintendent  and or Construction Manager 
Supervises and coordinates the work activities & interfaces with the Mechanical contractor, sub-contractor  and all ME & I construction-related works
Monitors construction activities to ensure adherence to safety, quality standards and to achieve work efficiency
Plays an active role in the development of the safety and IIF culture on the project, making safety a natural part of all work performed
Remains knowledgeable of safety policies and procedures as well as performs assigned duties in a safe manner and, while supervising others, has responsibility for their safety and ensures that they comply with established safety policies and procedures and practice safe work habits
Ensure the Contractor performs work in conformance with plans, specifications, schedules, and cost control estimates
Monitors Scheduled work activities, Work Face Planning inputs, 30 & 120 look ahead schedule, & SPS Project Production schedule
Coordinates SIMOPS operations for Contractor to maximize schedule completion
Reviews Contractor and Sub-contractor processes and gives instruction relative to the methods and procedures that can be used to the Contractor.
Provides  input to improve construction execution to the integrated team and contractor in a proactive manner
