Obtains guarantees, insurance certificates etc. as required from
Contractors and forward to Legal, Insurance and Contract Formulation
Groups as necessary for review and approval.
Raises Contract Supplements / Extensions / Change Orders for approval by
Company Representatives and obtain Contractor signatures. Attends progress
meetings with Contractors and records minutes of meetings
Supports inputs to Monthly and Ad-Hoc Management reports.
Other support activities as directed by Contracts Advisor and Specialist.
