Job Accountabilities:

·         Ensuring  quality,  time  and  cost  control  of  the  construction  and  installation  works  according  to  project requirements, and in compliance with approved specifications and established standards

·         Managing Construction contractor during the execution of construction and installation activities;

·         Oversee progress of the works, ensuring the timely and efficient completion of the construction/installation phase of offshore facilities, developing and maintaining the compliance with design specifications as per Company requirements

·         Organize technical assessment of the works performed by the construction contractors and reporting on the findings, instigate corrective action, increase quality and improve productivity

·         Ensure all  man power plans are reviewed and agreed and they are consistent with the Construction plans and programs;

·         Appoint  field  engineering team  for the timely resolution of technical issues and queries;

·         Ensure proper control over Contractor management of material is in place;

·         Ensure compliance with HSE standards and rules, in line with Kazakhstan national standards and norms and Company policy;

·         Review and finalize Contractor look head construction and installation schedule, including material and manpower allocation; ensure material availability and Job cards/engineering documentation on site to support the execution of the woks;

·         Reviewing documentation produced by contractors (e.g. technical reports, specifications, procedures, drawings, etc) ensuring implementation of established procedures and good engineering practice.

·         Supervise and reporting progress of the activities

·         Ensuring smooth and effective transfer of data, communication and interfaces between contractors and from the Contractor to company construction site teams;

·         Coordinating the review and approval of the "As Built" and "As Installed" documentation.

·         Provide  technical  support  in  assessing  correct  technologies  and  systems  to  facilitate  improvements  in construction and installation activities.

Qualification & Experience Requirements:

·         Engineering/Technical degree or equivalent;

·         Not less than 10 years of experience in oil and gas onshore and offshore projects and operations;

·         Not less than 5 years of experience in execution managerial role on major projects;

·         Experience in planning, budgeting and cost control;
