• Monitor and report potential shortfalls and issues, offering resolution plans for catering services.
• Coordinate and oversee repairs or replacement of catering equipment.
• Manage the 150 day and 7-day field catering meal forecast process.
• Check contractor invoices and payment requests for accuracy and contractual compliance.
• Oversee hygiene audit program at all catering service locations and interface with IR as required.
• Compile and issue reports and reviews on catering services, as required.
• Act as Logistics Section support on Emergency Management Team as required, ensuring relevant training and competencies are undertaken as required.
• Any additional duties related to Services required by the management.
• Internal Training of any new employee is a requirement to maintain continuity of reporting and understanding the process and procedures within the department.
• Execution, quality and timeliness of job functions provided by the job description, within the limits of applicable ROK legislation.
• Compliance with labor discipline, safety, labor protection and fire safety requirements
