Atlas of new professions studied mining and metallurgical complex of Kazakhstan at all stages: from geological exploration, mining, enrichment, production of primary products of ferrous and nonferrous metallurgy. Issues of environmental protection, processing of grip and sludge were also considered. To create an atlas of new professions in the mining and metallurgical industry, 4 in-depth interviews were conducted, questionnaires on forecasts of the future of the industry with 131 industry experts, as well as 40 experts took part in foresight sessions. As a result, 47 new professions were developed, 20 transforming and 31 disappearing professions were defined.
