Atlas of new professions studied the tourist industry of Kazakhstan at all stages: from the activities of travel agents and tour operators, organization of excursions and travels, to the provision of temporary accommodation in hotels, tourist bases and ethno-aulas. To create an atlas of new professions in the tourism industry, 14 in-depth interviews were conducted, 103 industry experts took part in the survey on forecasts for the future of the industry, 135 experts participated in foresight sessions. As a result, 17 new professions were developed, 8 transforming and 17 disappearing professions were defined.

1. BIG DATA AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
Tourism is actively developing under the influence of the large-scale use of Big Data, the expansion of artificial intelligence, which transform the landscape of the industry and open new opportunities. Promotion of the tourism product in the near future will be carried out through online travel platforms that bring together leading market players.
Technologies of augmented and virtual reality will be widely used to attract and serve tourists. Mobile applications of tour-navigators will be created for quick orientation of tourists in places of stay, as well as for construction of individual travel route. In order to improve the service and safety of guests, hotel business will implement the concept of "smart" hotel, everywhere introducing intelligent devices.

The growth of popularity of domestic tourism and recognition of Kazakhstan in the world tourism industry, will require significant attention to the development of tourism and recreational areas and promotion of tourist destinations in the domestic market and abroad.
3. TOURISM PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AND PROMOTION
The most popular types of tourism in Kazakhstan will be ecotourism, ethnotourism and agro-tourism. Much attention will be paid to space tourism development (in the form of visiting Baikonur launch site).
The main principle of tourism sphere development will be transition of tourism objects to green and renewable energy sources, caring attitude to environment and care for preservation of national culture.
